A Dosa Reality is a Southern Indian foodtruck bringing more than just cuisine to the Central Los Angeles area. A Dosa Reality embodies traditional culture coming out of the state of Karnataka in India, primarily focusing on the folk dance performance of Yakshagana. To build a general background, we must appreciate the fact that the term “Yakshagana" is derived from the Sanskrit words “yaksha” (nature spirits) and “gana” (song), collectively meaning the song of celestial beings. This was an undergraduate branding design project at Chapman University.
